Your commitment
Not created yet
Your first step is to define one meaningful outcome.
How the Impact Track works
- Create one commitment. A single outcome you will move in the next 90 days, specific enough that someone else could tell whether you did it.
- Check in at 30, 60 and 90 days. Each check-in asks what moved, what got in the way, and what you will do next.
- Attach evidence. A link, document, note or photo that shows the work actually happened.
- Earn Impact Points. Points are awarded after a facilitator approves a check-in — not for activity on its own.
- Request a reward. Once you have enough points, redeem them from the pilot catalogue.
Commitment builder
Choose the action that matters.
The pilot deliberately allows one commitment. Make it specific enough to verify.Every participant in the pilot creates one commitment, and it sets your 90-day clock running from the day you save it. Your check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days all report against this one outcome.
Write it for a reader who does not know your work. Two or three sentences per box is plenty — what you will do, why it matters, and how anyone would know it was finished.
You cannot edit or replace a commitment yourself once it is saved, so take the extra minute now. If something genuinely changes, ask your facilitator on the Circle & Support screen.
Who reads this: your facilitator and the CI3 team, so they can review your check-ins. Nothing you write here is shown to other participants or published outside CI3. Using your name, your words or your evidence anywhere public is a separate decision, and it is yours — the Privacy screen is where you grant or withhold it.

Show the work, not the performance.
Each check-in captures progress, evidence, obstacles, learning, and the next action. Your facilitator and the CI3 team read them; other participants do not.CI3 Impact Points

Accountability structure
Your circle is your support system.
Ask for help early. A support request is a leadership behaviour, not a failure.A support request goes to your assigned facilitator, or to the CI3 team while your facilitator is still being assigned. Ask for anything that is slowing your commitment down — a stuck first step, a decision you keep deferring, a commitment that no longer fits your situation, or an introduction you need.
Requests are read by people, not answered automatically, so allow a few working days. Every request you send appears under Support history below with its status, and the reply appears there too. Mark it High only if your 90-day commitment is blocked until someone responds.
