Where to start
The assessments, in one place
What each assessment measures, how long it takes, and which one fits the question you actually have.
See the assessment overview →How CI3 works
CI3 is not a catalogue of courses you assemble yourself. It is one method walked in order: notice the pattern that is holding your influence back, choose the room built for it, practise it with faculty who have been there, and keep the work going after the room closes.
Every step below opens onto the tool, room or community that carries it. Start anywhere; most people start by noticing.
Step 01
Most capable people do not need more information. They need to see which pattern is actually holding their influence back. These three are free, take minutes, and none of them is required before you register for anything.
Where to start
What each assessment measures, how long it takes, and which one fits the question you actually have.
See the assessment overview →The pattern
The six-minute diagnostic that names the trap competence sets: indispensable, and quietly invisible. A leadership signal, not a clinical verdict.
Take the diagnostic →The pressure
Pressure changes judgment long before it changes character. This one measures the decisions you would rather not defend afterwards.
Check your drift →Step 02
A signal is only useful if it points somewhere. CI3 does not push every visitor down one funnel: the journey below shows how a result becomes a curated next move, and the platform map shows everything that next move could be.
The route
How a leadership signal becomes a pattern, a personalised next step, a circle placement and an experience, without forcing anyone through one funnel.
Follow the journey →The whole picture
Every door in one map: who each route is for, what it asks of you, and where it leads. The place to look when none of the steps above sounds exactly like you.
Open the platform map →Step 03
This is the part a course cannot do. A Leadership Circle is three faculty and seven participants working one real problem; the Lab is the same discipline applied to a live project you are actually delivering.
The room
Small, deliberate rooms built around one question each. See who is in the room, which circle fits your year, and the faculty behind each one.
Explore the circles →Applied practice
Real projects, clear supervision, and evidence you can speak from afterwards. Three pathways, matched to the depth you actually need.
See the Lab pathways →Step 04
Every CI3 experience ends with a pathway rather than a certificate and a shrug. The Accountability Community is the structure that keeps the commitment you made in the room from quietly expiring in week three.
After the room
Structure without surveillance: a standing rhythm, an accountability partner, and recognition with clear fences around it.

A method is only as good as the practitioners carrying it. CI3 was built by Dr. Charles Igwe around one observation: capable people get stuck at the point where competence stops being the thing that moves them.

If you are not sure which pattern is yours, start with the six-minute diagnostic. If you already know, the November experience is the room the whole method builds toward.
