CI3 Community Impact is a developing initiative of CI3 Inc. focused on expanding access to leadership development and supporting community-based leadership programs. A separate nonprofit structure is being explored.

Planned
Leadership Access
Capable people are sometimes kept out of the room by cost, not by readiness. Leadership Access is how we plan to change that. It is being designed now and is not yet offered.
Credits toward a place.
Credits that reduce what a participant pays for a CI3 Inc. experience. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Criteria published before any place is offered.
Organisations that partner with CI3 Inc. to fund access support it in general. They do not choose who receives a place.
The Curated Leadership Experiences are run by CI3 Inc. Leadership Access is about widening who can take part in them.
Running today, widening next
Accountability Community
Insight fades without follow-through. The CI3 Accountability Community runs today on the Impact Track, a CI3 Inc. programme that keeps the work going after an experience ends: small pods, a buddy, regular check-ins, and evidence of real action. Through this initiative we plan to widen it, with community mentoring and a place for people who arrive through Leadership Access.
Participation is private by default. Nobody is placed on a public leaderboard without their consent, and recognition points have no cash value.

We are developing leadership programming with and for newcomer professionals and community organisations. Nothing is scheduled yet. If this is work you would like to help shape, tell us below.

Public education
Some CI3 Fireside conversations are designated as public education: free to watch and open to all. As the initiative grows, we plan to publish anonymised reporting on who these programs reach and what changes for them.

CI3 Inc. is responsible for all of it.
CI3 Community Impact is an initiative of CI3 Inc., and CI3 Inc. is responsible for everything on this page, including any information you share with us. CI3 Inc. operates the Curated Leadership Experiences, registration and payment, sponsorship, the Impact Track, and every other CI3 program and product. The initiative describes how CI3 Inc. is working to widen access to them. It does not run events or take payments.
