Ethical leadership is decision design under pressure. The Academy teaches it in two levels: Foundations gives you the model and names the drift while it's happening; Under Pressure puts you inside twelve weeks of it, gamified as the Control Room — live today, no cohort wait.
Level 1 · Foundations
The course follows the arc of drift itself: first you learn to see it, then to interrupt it, then to design decisions that don't depend on heroics. The practicum is live today; the taught modules open with the first Academy cohort, and enrolling below reserves your seat for all of them.
The Ethical Drift Model. Nobody decides to compromise; they drift there through four recognisable stages — pressure, rationalization, silence, normalization. You learn to name the stage you are standing in while there is still time to step back.
A decision that matters passes four gates in order — Ability → Legal → Ethics → Values — and drift is usually a gate quietly skipped. You learn to run the gates fast enough that they survive a deadline.
Discipline that lives in one person's character leaves with them. This module turns the gates into team practice: invited challenge, visible correction, and decision habits that hold up when you are not in the room.

Foundations teaches you the model. Under Pressure puts you inside it: a 12-week vocational certificate rebuilt as the Control Room — the same four Integrity Gates from Level 1, now a mechanic you run every week, with a live Trust Score, a Drift Meter that reacts to every choice, 14 badges from Orientation to Graduation, and a points store. Is it allowed — by law, by regulation, by the agreements we have signed?
Is it right — not merely permitted? Who carries the cost if we are wrong?
Can we live with it — and say it out loud, to the people we say we serve?
