The model as it grows
The planned mentoring stream turns the preparation behind each CLE into supervised practice. Emerging professionals learn project management foundations, join a real planning workstream, and contribute before they enter or advance in the work environment.
Start with the practical language of project management: scope, planning, risk, stakeholders, delivery and reflection.
Join one of the planning workstreams and learn how decisions, dependencies and handoffs work while the room is being built.
Faculty advisers guide the Leadership Lab and Project Management Lab, connecting instruction to feedback and accountable delivery.
Growth path: Ottawa first, then surrounding regions where practical. As the model proves itself, the same three-edition annual rhythm can move to cities where there is demonstrated community and demand. This is the direction of travel, not a claim that every city is live today.
Facilitators and volunteers
Every edition runs on a small crew: facilitators and moderators for the Leadership Circles, and volunteers who hold the day together. Tell CI3 how you want to contribute and which editions draw you, and we follow up personally on fit and placement.
Speaking on a panel is a different path with its own board. Apply to speak at a Fireside. You pick the month and claim a slot there.
