The Competence Trap Wheel gives participants language for the leadership pattern that may be creating pressure, drag, invisibility, or stalled influence. The Ethical Drift Compass shows where judgment bends when the pressure is on.
Both are recommended before the November CLE, but neither is a registration gate. You can reserve your seat first and complete them later before entering the room.

CLE is the part of CI3 where people actually do things: move through the Competence Trap Wheel, complete diagnostics, submit participant intake, register, join the event experience, and continue into community experiences.
The November edition uses CLE to make every part of the day work together: the diagnostic creates language, the intake shapes the room, the registration flow confirms participation, the event creates the shared experience, and the community pathway keeps the work alive after the day ends.
The Competence Trap Wheel and diagnostic help participants name the leadership pattern creating pressure, drag, or invisibility.
Participant intake captures leadership challenges, circle preferences, and the question each person wants help clarifying.
Registration makes participation clear, trackable, and intentional before the event experience begins.
The event experience combines founder framing, author insight, faculty voices, and six intimate Leadership Circles.

Each circle is designed as a curated, intimate conversation with 3 faculty voices and 7 registrants. The November edition stays at six circles, with 42 registrant seats distributed across those rooms so every participant is placed into a smaller, high-trust conversation.

This panel is the author layer of the November edition, separate from the Leadership Circle faculty. Authors bring books, frameworks, and lived leadership lessons that make the Competence Trap conversation tangible.

The event is in Ottawa, Ontario. The exact venue is being finalised and will be announced before the end of August.
Partly. The Author Fireside Chat is streamed live and free on Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, so you can watch that from anywhere. The rest of the edition is not streamed. Being in the room is what you pay for, at the $49.99 minimum, and it is the part that cannot be streamed: small circles, and ninety minutes of the kind of long, honest conversation that only happens face to face. Faculty attend free.
