Every module you finish in the Ethical Leadership Academy pays points into your CI3 account. This is the catalogue they spend on — eight things, from a pin you can wear to half an hour with Dr. Igwe on your own implementation charter.
This is the same store that lives inside the Control Room, not a second one. Redeem in either place and it shows up in both.

How you earn them
Module 1 is free
No account, no card, no email. Open the Control Room and play it. What you earn signed out is carried into your account the first time you sign in.
Finish the course
Completing all fourteen modules earns a claim of its own — a CLE seat, a signed copy of The Competence Trap, or a store item — and it spends no points to take it.
