01 / The visitor
You found CI3 and you're still deciding.
Nothing is asked of you yet. Start with a mirror rather than a commitment.
The CI3 experience map
CI3 is curated, not a funnel. Different people arrive for different reasons, and each one has a route already built for them. Find the description that sounds like you, and follow its steps in order, or don't: every route works from any point in it.
Find yourself on the map
These are the people CI3 actually serves, described the way they would describe themselves. More than one can be true at once, and most people move between them over a year.

02 / The participant
Registration carries your context into placement, so the day starts with the right people.
03 / The learner
Ethical Leadership Under Pressure: fourteen modules, four integrity gates each, one badge per module.
04 / The Impact Track member
One commitment, three reviewed check-ins, evidence rather than intention.
05 / The lab contributor
Real CI3 event and platform delivery, supervised, with portfolio-ready evidence at the end.
06 / The faculty or author
Faculty, speakers, and featured authors are curated per edition rather than open-call.
07 / The sponsor or organisation
Two different asks, one conversation: sessions delivered into your own room, or an edition made possible.
Then start where everyone can: one short mirror, no email, an immediate result. The route usually names itself once the pattern does.
The intake asks for goals, pressure points, circle preference and access needs. Placement happens from what you write there.
